In 2016, Koh Ee Wen is one of three female officers to be promoted to colonel, breaking boundaries of what women can or are supposed to do. Today, she is one of the higher ranking officers in the field leading men who are twice her age. She shares some of her challenges working in a male-dominated environment and how she overcame it.
