The S&P 500 is up nearly 15 percent since the beginning of the year, while the Straits Times Index is up about 3 percent. Among the biggest losers are Mapletree Logistics Trust and Mapletree Panasia Commercial Trust, both down over 20 percent. On the other hand, Yangzijiang Shipbuilding is up 65 percent. Ryan and Michelle also discuss significant director deals and institutional buying, with CapitaLand Investment and OCBC making substantial stock buybacks.
