She also creates our very own “Saturday Mornings Show” mocktail which is: a little spicy, a tad British, notes of America, slightly irreverent, and rooted in SEA good times.
1 oz ginger simple syrup
2 oz Alcohol-Free gin (like Tanqueray 0.0)
1.5 oz fresh pineapple juice
1 oz fresh-squeezed lime juice
Scrappy’s or Regan’s orange bitters (optional)
Trader Joe’s (or others) chili lime spice salt for rim
Fever Tree India tonic water
Put simple syrup, AF gin, juices, and bitters in an ice-filled shaker. Shake for 30 seconds, and pour into a glass neat or over ice. Rim the glass with the lime chili spice or shake on top of drink. Top with tonic water and garnish with a lime wheel and pineapple wedge.

Now on loan from the Natural History Museum in London, the exhibition is in its 59th edition and known for its exceptional images that capture the beauty and diversity of our natural world. This year’s collection of winning shots has 19 categories including animal behaviour amongst birds, mammals, amphibians, reptiles, invertebrates, and underwater creatures.
