Why It Matters: How businesses can stay ahead in the tech talent race
According to a study by Robert Walters Salary Survey 2022, salaries in areas such as technology will rise significantly due to the talent shortage. The tech and transformation industry will see 85 per cent of Singapore firms giving pay rises - the highest among seven sectors covered by the survey this year. Wong Wen Shun, Co-Managing Director, Thoughtworks Southeast Asia shares the factors leading to the demand of new tech talent and some of the common mistakes businesses have been increasingly making when looking for new tech talent.
