Eco Money: Introduction of Renewable Energy Certificates to Singapore’s energy market
An increasing number of corporates are looking to add renewable energy sources to their energy mix as part of sustainability efforts. But, what do you do if you can’t fit solar panels on your office roof? Energy Market Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Singapore Exchange recently launched Renewable Energy Certificates to offer a solution to this. Prime Time's Rachel Kelly spoke to Tan Liang Ching, Senior Vice President of Business Development at the Energy Market Company to find out more.
