We know how important crafting the best resume for a position is because it’s the first thing recruiters see. But while the professional-looking, 3-page resume is the best way you know how to get that dream job, depending on the company you’re applying to and in what capacity, video resumes are becoming more and more popular. And on the other end of the spectrum, it’s believed that with people’s attention span becoming shorter, videos may also become a more popular way for companies to present their best side in order to attract the best talent.
