Chinese New Year 2021: Pineapple tarts with a twist, no jam
Over the years, we've seen interesting new twists to an old school favourite CNY treat - the pineapple tart! One such available this year is from BoTart, which is founded by three friends who grew up not liking the pineapple jam on a tart, and are offering the tarts without the filling!
