Mind Your Business: Can fully automated interactions deliver delightful customer experiences?
The Adobe Experience Index surveying eight global markets revealed that consumers in Southeast Asia (SEA) are among those most likely to be excited by completely automated interactions with a company. The index strives to measure consumer expectations and benchmark these against actual experiences delivered by businesses. And it found that Southeast Asians are positive about well-executed automated interactions with brands. In fact, they’re are most impressed by futuristic innovations that would help them save time.
