Across Singapore, banks faced several cases of disruptions in 2023. Singaporeans suffered the brunt of these downtimes as both ATMs and mobile paying apps went offline. Similarly, the websites of major public hospitals and healthcare clusters in Singapore could not be accessed for hours due to a DDoSattack.
We know both the financial and healthcare sector rely on third parties for these technological solutions. So, with the advent of artificial intelligence, how can generative AI and security come together in the worldwide fight against cybercrime?
