The Philippine Stock Exchange became one of the first markets in the world to temporarily suspend operations as the island of Luzon was placed in community quarantine, impacting the capital of Manila and the lives of 57 million Filipinos. Ron Acoba is the Chief Investment Strategist for Trading Edge Consultancy in Manila, and one of the few Chartered Market Technicians in the Philippines.
