Glenn van Zutphen and award-winning author Neil Humphreys are joined by  Pier Luigi Sigismondi, Global President, Dole Sunshine Company to talk about  the launch of a new venture Dole Specialty Ingredients (DSI) with an initial co-investment of S$10 million, and how they are repurposing 1 million MT of banana and pineapple waste from Dole’s plantations based out of the Philippines.
