Career 360: How workers in Singapore can differentiate themselves and advance their careers in an increasingly competitive global workforce
According to a 2017 survey, 45 per cent of Singaporeans were unhappy at work, with a lack of opportunity for career progression being cited as one of the major reasons. Continuing education could enable these workers to develop the skillsets that will enhance their careers but as mid-career professionals face other challenges in this regard. We zero in on how continuing education can enable these workers to develop those skillsets that will help them out in their careers.
