Phase 2: Opening up on Orchard
Phase 2 of Singapore's re-opening kicks into full swing today, just in time for the weekend. Many of us have been looking forward to dining out, seeing friends again -and maybe even getting some retail therapy. And right on the heart of Singapore’s prime shopping belt, Orchard, is Four Seasons Hotel.
