Banking Trust Index for Singapore shows banks here are trusted; banks committed to do more to further customers' interests
According to the inaugural Banking Trust Index for Singapore (BTIS) conducted by Edelman Data & Intelligence and commissioned by The Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS), 63% of respondents had high trust in the banks. 7% of the respondents have low trust in banks here, while the remaining 30% of the respondents were moderate in their views.
