NTUC Income serves up 'SNACK' as digital transformation gains pace
NTUC Income initially launched SNACK, the first bite-sized insurance product that allows customers to build insurance coverage by paying micro-premiums as low as $0.30. And later on, they teamed up with Visa to launch SNACKUP, an industry-first lifestyle-based insurance proposition that offers insurance coverage with no premiums, to consumers in Singapore. Max Tiong, Head of Digital Transformation, NTUC Income shares how digital transformation works for the insurance sector and what kind of gaps can digitalisation fill up in the sector.
