In The Spotlight: The rise of plant-based seafood in Asia
It is forecasted that the majority of global fish consumption will be taken over by Asian countries by 2030. Such a scenario illustrates the dominance of seafood in Asian diet. However, negativity of fishing and depletion of fish stocks are the current concern.
