Salary increments in 2021: Companies in Singapore to tread with caution
In Mercer’s Total Remuneration Survey for 2020, it was revealed that the overall salary increase projected in 2021 for Singapore will soften only slightly to 3.5 percent compared to 3.6 percent in 2020. But despite these numbers, many organisations are still taking the wait-and-see approach before making any decisions.
