Morning Shot: Cooperation vs Conflict: How can US-China tensions be better managed?
The US relationship with China is “on a stronger footing” than this time last year. That’s according to US Treasury secretary Janet Yellen as she ended a six-day visit to China, designed to ease tensions with the US’s main economic rival.
