What is precision engineering and why is it a vital contributor to every economy?
Two female second-generation leaders steering their family-owned precision engineering businesses shed light on the industry's impact on our daily lives,  discuss the challenges of attracting the younger generation, and advice for those considering joining the industry.
Jessica Chan, Managing Director, MetalCool & Kia Jiehui, Business Development Manager, Ichi Seiki, will also share how they met each other in a SPETA Gen II group and how this group has supported many more in the space.
