Why It Matters: Free legal contracts, documents for start-ups
Legal advice or support like writing up a legal contract is never cheap especially if you are running an early day startup. But now a set of model documents by VIMA, includes contracts and company constitutions and is now available for free to help start-ups in their early rounds of fundraising.
