But how does a pasta manufacturer work, and what are the intricacies when it comes to operating a company that is reliant on commodities such as wheat?
Well, let’s pose these questions to our guest for today. Established in 1877, Barilla is an Italian family-owned food company that is now present in over 100 countries.
The firm is a world leader in the markets of pasta and ready-to-use sauces in continental Europe and is widely recognised as a symbol of Italian know-how.
