Sustainable Singapore: Helping F&B players & farmers transition to cage-free eggs
It's estimated that 99 percent of Singapore’s chickens lay eggs in cages. Multinational consulting firm Global Food Partners have launched two courses to enable hospitality and food companies, as well as farmers to transition to cage free eggs.
