Health Suites: Mental Wellbeing of Our Seniors
On Health Suites, Claressa Monteiro spoke to Dr Tan Rui Qi, Associate Consultant, Psychological Medicine, with a special interest in Geriatric Psychology, Changi General Hospital about our vulnerable seniors. Circuit breaker has seriously curtailed their social interactions which could be challenging to their mental wellbeing. We find out what warning signs we should look out for and get valuable information to help both them and ourselves as caregivers.
