Actor and former national rugby player Paul Foster was just 29 and in peak physical condition when he experienced sudden nausea and motion sickness, which prompted his first full health screening. That's when he discovered more about his family history of high cholesterol. Although he thought he was managing his cholesterol levels, he would need extra medical intervention at age 42.
