New private home launches to drive market pick-up over 2022
In the wake of new cooling measures and the regular year-end slump, new private property sales here plunged 58% in Dec 2021 compared to Nov that same year. Private home prices grew at a slower pace, after December’s cooling measures, even as they rose for an 8th consecutive quarter to hit a historical high.
