Task force launched last month is expected to attract 10,000 youth aged from 18 to 25 to have more insight into their career, financial and mental well-being goals. Gen Z or Zillennials are fast becoming predominant percentages of the workforce. They are seeking better employment treatment, flexibility, and work/life balance.
