The Singapore F&B industry has continued to be rocked by closures even after the lockdowns have ended.
Some were forced to wound up due to manpower issues, some due to the lack of successors.
In this episode of Mind Your Business intergenerational series, a second generation chicken rice owner thought of selling the business due to the pandemic and to retire, but his three sons had other ideas.
Two of them Dave Chew & Ken Chew, Third generation owners, Nam Kee Chicken Rice share why they stopped their father from selling the business and what are their goals for the 55-year-old brand.
