Weekly Wrap Up: Restaurant imposes 'screaming children surcharge', will more F&B businesses follow suit?
An interesting development for the F&B industry. A restaurant in Singapore, Angie's Oyster Bar & Grill is imposing a $10 surcharge on the final dining bill if a child of a diner is deemed noisy and disruptive to other patrons of the establishment. CP Lam, Operations Director, Angie's Oyster Bar & Grill shares with us the reason why the restaurant decided to implement such a surcharge and the reactions they have been receiving from the general public with regards to this.
