Singapore retail investors trust in financial services drops
Singapore ranked 11th out of 15 surveyed market with only 36 percent of retail investors trusting the financial services sector. Not only that, Singapore also reported the biggest drop in trust levels by 11 percentage points as compared to 2018. Chan Fook Leong, Executive Director, Advocacy, CFA Society Singapore shares the importance of trust between investors and the financial services and how financial services or investment professionals can gain trust from investors once again.
