Culture Club: A taste of Southern Italy in Singapore
Sospiri, an authentic Southern Italian restaurant and rooftop bar by ilLido Group is inspired by Beppe De Vito's childhood dessert in Puglia. The restaurant offers a blend of culinary mastery and panoramic skyline views.
The 128-seat restaurant features warm colors and natural light, with a private dining room for intimate gatherings and a stylish rooftop bar for 60 guests.
Chef Matteo Ponti leads the culinary team at Sospiri, which focuses on capturing the true essence of Southern Italian cuisine using fresh ingredients like tomatoes, wild vegetables, and tender artichokes.
