Bern's Bites: Lè Fusion
Taking inspiration from their walk through the world, places like Australia, France, United States of America, China, The Philippines and many more, the passionate husband and wife duo of Ben and Catherine behind Lè Fusion decidedly fused all of their favourite eats in one place. When you step into the restaurant bar, you will find gently lit by red pendant lamps, Lè Fusion's walls are decorated with graffiti-esque pop art, with neon signs providing an extra je ne sais quoi. Lè Fusion is all about 樂 (‘le’, which means ‘joy’ in Chinese) in every aspect of its journey from recipe innovation, curation of ingredients, to an exquisite culinary and other-worldly experience for diners.
