Mind Your Business: The timing of ESR-LOGOS REIT's latest divestment of its non-core assets and what's next?
ESR-LOGOS REIT (E-LOG) has recently announced that it will divest seven non-core assets for approximately S$337 million.
The divestments are part of E-LOG's capital recycling strategy, which aims to improve the overall portfolio quality and position E-LOG as the pre-eminent New Economy REIT in APAC.
Adrian Chui, CEO & Executive Director, ESR-LOGOS Funds Management (S) Limited (manager of ESR-LOGOS REIT) weighs in on the reasons behind the divestment, including the timing, its benefits and opportunities ahead.
