We're a few weeks into the new year, and Indonesian tech firms have been rather busy, with news of possible mergers between Gojek and Tokopedia along with growing investments in Indonesian banks as part of a digital banking push. Bharat Joshi, Investment Director at Aberdeen Standard, joined us on Across the ASEAN to primarily share his outlook for Indonesian markets, but also spoke in depth regarding all the hustle and bustle in the Indonesian tech space, along with what he's looking out for from the Bank Indonesia's first policy decision of 2021.
