Chef Vianney Massot, Executive Chef & Executive Director of Vianney Massot Restaurant talks about his journey as a chef and how he kickstarted his culinary journey. He joined the legendary Joël Robuchon Group at 18 and was the youngest chef there then. Now at 27 years of age, he has a restaurant to call his own called the Vianney Massot Restaurant.
