Morning Shot: Beating bullies, their way - Power difference is the key to bullying, says expert
Education Minister Chan Chun Sing society must be careful not to normalise bullying behaviours unintentionally. This comes as videos of bullying incidents involving primary and secondary school students went viral online of late.
