Industry Insight: Why buy a mixed-use development
As Singapore continues to evolve as a dynamic city, so do the different trends that shape its urban landscape. One such trend is the rise of mixed-use developments in recent years. In the first five months of 2024, more than 50 per cent of government land sales (GLS) sites were awarded for mixed-use purposes. What is fueling this trend?
