Mind Your Business: How does fractionalize property investment make luxury real estate affordable?

Well, that future is here with a luxury twist, where you can now invest in prime residential real estate in Singapore, just like you would with stocks.
Eric Teng, Group COO and CEO, Straits Developments Pte Ltd breaks down the new model for us and explains how it differs from REITs, the impact on strata title holders, the risks involved, and the scope of expansion.
