You may have guessed it by now - we’re talking to SAP. That’s a company behind the enterprise resource planning or ERP systems companies use to manage their day-to-day activities like accounting, purchasing inventory, human resources and more.
With over 110,000 employees from over 160 countries, we want to find out how SAP views the global enterprise software market, which is expected to reach a market volume of US$376.40 billion by 2028, according to Statista.

Mind Your Business: How ‘The Great Resignation’ is impacting 92 percent of SMEs' digital transformation plans
A study by SAP titled, ‘Transformational Talent: The impact of the Great Resignation on Digital Transformation in APJ’s SMEs’ has found that 49 percent of Singapore SMEs say they are not finding it easy to deal with the Great Resignation. About 62 percent of SMEs here have also seen more staff resigning compared to a year ago. Eileen Chua, Managing Director, SAP Singapore shares how The Great Resignation has impacted SMEs' ability to digitally transform and some of the key strategies SMEs have highlighted and are prioritizing for the next 12 months.
