SGExtra: Why young Singaporeans are split on getting a degree or working first
On March 7, Education Minister Chan Chun Sing told Parliament during the debate on his ministry's budget that the Ministry of Education is considering allowing more working adults to get places in government-funded degree programmes.
While there will be more opportunities for younger Singaporeans to get university degrees later in life, they are still split on whether to continue studying or enter the working world.
On SGExtra, Prime Time's Timothy Go and Melissa Hyak spoke to Ang Qing, Journalist at The Straits Times to find out why.

SGExtra: New P1 registration rules from 2022 - What are the key changes?
Children of alumni will have only one phase reserved for them in the Primary 1 registration exercise instead of separate phases for those who have joined alumni associations and those who have not.
The Ministry of Education said the change will take effect next year, said which announced this along with other changes, such as an increase in the number of places in phase 2C.
