Sustainable Singapore: How Singapore Crawfish aims to enhance world food security
After an unexpected discovery, Desmond Chow, Founder and CEO of Singapore Crawfish found that one of the most profitable livestock to rear and sell was the small and unassuming crawfish. On Sustainable Singapore, Rhianne Lovell-Boland went farm in Lim Chu Kang to find out more about their technology which enables crawfish with a reduction of up to 90% on manpower cost and 80% on energy usage.
