How SGTUFF addresses issues faced by tenants in commercial properties
With the many issues that surfaced between tenants and landlords due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the SG Tenants United For Fairness (SGTUFF) group was formalised as a cooperative, with more than 740 business owners as members. Keson Lim, Member of Singapore Tenants United for Fairness’ (SGTUFF) 1st Committee of Management shares how an organisation like SGTUFF aims to help business owners from the retail, F&B and services sectors, and how to better handle their tenants during this pandemic.
