Companies to Watch: GoJek and Tokopedia merge to form GoTo
Indonesia’s ride-hailing company Gojek, and e-commerce giant Tokopedia announced this week that they have completed a long-awaited merger to form GoTo. The group says this is the largest deal between two Asia-based Internet media and services companies, to date. So, what is the outlook on the landmark merger and how will it work?
