Strong intentions to divest as companies in Southeast Asia reposition for growth
According to the EY 2020 Global Corporate Divestment Study, divestment intentions remain at high levels in Southeast Asia. The study found that some 79 percent of executives in Southeast Asia and 75 percent of executives in Asia Pacific have indicated that they are planning to divest within the next two years. Daniel Tan, Asean Sell and Separate Co-Lead, EY shares why we are seeing greater divestment interest and the risks and considerations that companies should have before divesting.
