New Ubin serves up new business recipes for a changed setting
New Ubin Seafood became famous for its beef and 'heart attack' fried rice and of course seafood. Run by a father and son duo, New Ubin Seafood began as a small family owned seafood restaurant on the north shore of Pulau Ubin. But things have changed and they have moved out from Pulau Ubin and instead are in three new locations. SM Pang, Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer, New Ubin Group shares how their business have changed since Covid-19 and what they are doing to prepare themselves for Phase 2.
