The road to recovery for Singapore businesses: Are businesses here being too optimistic or not optimistic enough?
According to a study titled ‘Vodafone Business Future Ready Report – Asia Pacific’, it was found that more than half of businesses across the region say they are ‘excited’ about the future of their businesses. But 48% expect ‘substantial’ or ‘radical’ changes will be required to their business models in the next year, and more than four in 10 think these ‘fundamental changes’ will be difficult to implement. Nadya Melic, Vice President and Head of Customer Solutions, Asia-Pacific, Vodafone Business shares the reason for their optimism and what radical changes can be done on organisations’ business models to ‘future ready’ themselves.
