Chatbots: Dead or Still Kicking
In 2016, a survey conducted by Oracle indicated that 80% of businesses intended to implement chatbots by 2020. But chatbots like Facebook’s highly-anticipated virtual assistant “M” sputtered out, leading some to declare: Chatbots are dead.
