CapitaLand Mall Trust and CapitaLand Commercial Trust announce merger
CapitaLand is proposing to merge two of its REITs: CapitaLand Mall Trust and CapitaLand Commercial Trust. The combined entity will be called “CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust”.
