Growing digital divide in APAC between organisations & the digitally distraught
According to a new report by the International Data Corporation and software intelligence firm, Dynatrace, most Asia-Pacific organisations are challenged in achieving true transformations.They have been quick to embrace digital transformation, in the sense of initialising siloed digital projects. But the majority of them are now challenged with extending these initiatives across the enterprise for truly transformative results. Chief Technology Officer at Dynatrace Asia-Pacific, Rafi Katanasho, says there’s a growing digital divide in every country in the APAC region - between organisations that are digitally progressing (38 percent) and those that are digitally distraught (62 percent).
