A Chat with Ascendas Hospitality Trust's CEO Tan Juay Hiang
Monday, October 21, is going to be a big day in the REITs space, with Ascott Residence Trust holding their EGM and Scheme Meeting at 10AM and 11AM, respectively, followed by Ascendas Hospitality Trust's own EGM and Scheme Meeting at 230PM and 330PM. Unit holders will get to vote on the proposed merger that could create the largest hospitality REIT in the Asia-Pacific region. Ascendas Hospitality Trust's CEO Tan Juay Hiang spoke to Prime Time about what the impending deal might mean for unit holders, and if they're expecting others to follow suit.
