Bosses spend over half a day per week managing under-performing employees

Yet, new research from specialised recruiter Robert Half reveals that Singapore business leaders are devoting over half a day per week to managing underperforming employees and that only 4 per cent feel they do not have poorly performing employees in their team. This represents a major source of lost value and productivity to Singaporean businesses.
